TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHAT CALMA IS (AND IS NOT)

Calma is a digital wellness application that provides AI-generated

CBT and ERP exercises for people experiencing health anxiety.

Calma is NOT:

• A medical device
• A clinical therapy service
• A substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment
• A crisis intervention service

Calma does not provide diagnosis, medical advice, or clinical

treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please

contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use Calma. By using the app,

you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. ACCOUNTS AND BETA ACCESS

During the beta period, access to Calma is by application only.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any beta application

without providing a reason.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

credentials. You must not share your account with others.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Beta period: Calma is free during the beta period. No payment

information is required.

4.2 Post-beta: After the beta period ends, Calma will offer:

• Monthly plan: $7.99/month
• Annual plan: $59.99/year
• 7-day free trial (no credit card required at trial start)

4.3 Billing is processed through RevenueCat and the respective

app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). All payments

are subject to the app store's payment terms.

4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time

through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes

effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription

periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents

normal use, contact hello@calmaapp.com within 7 days.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use Calma for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's

source code

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Use the app in a way that could harm yourself or others

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within Calma — including exercises, text, design,

illustrations, and AI-generated content — is the property of

kriva.studio / LasyaAitech. You may not reproduce, distribute,

or create derivative works from this content without written

permission.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Calma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be available at all times
• The AI-generated exercises will be suitable for your specific

clinical situation

• Use of the app will result in any particular health outcome

Mental health is complex. While CBT and ERP are evidence-based

approaches, results vary between individuals. Calma is a

self-help tool, not clinical treatment.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kriva.studio and

LasyaAitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,

special, or consequential damages arising from your use of

Calma.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of

Calma shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12

months preceding the claim. During the beta period (when Calma

is free), our liability is limited to $0.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where LasyaAitech

is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad,

Telangana, India.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We will notify users by email at least 14 days before any

material changes to these terms take effect.
